Refund policy
1. Do you offer a return and exchange policy?
We are pleased to say that we do offer a return Policy. We are happy to accommodate returns and exchanges of products which have not been opened, worn or tampered with. You will be responsible for return courier charge. Our return rates are remarkably low, as we offer high quality hair extensions.
2. When may I return my extensions?
If your hair extensions have not been opened or removed from the packaging, you may return them. We have given our clip in hair extensions a special hygiene security seal which identifies if the extensions have been removed from their packaging. To check colour match, hold the extensions up against your hair before opening the set.
3. May I exchange my order?
Depending on your computer screen, it may be difficult to choose the right colour. You may exchange your hair extensions for an alternative colour provided the packaging has not been opened or tampered with. We use our hygiene security seal to check that products have not been removed from their original packaging. For a colour match service, free of charge, simply email us a photo of your hair from behind in natural light so we can best assist you on which colour is right for you.
4. Why do you not accept returns if the extensions were opened?
Our hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. For the safety of you our client, we take matters of hygiene very seriously, and therefor do not allow extensions removed from the golden ties to be returned.
5. How do I process a return?
Contact us at info@frontrow.co.za within 7 days of the delivery of your purchase. Accompany your return package with your order number and name and return ship your product to the address we supply you with. Opened hair extensions will NOT be refunded or replaced. Return shipping is on customer's account.
6. Will I have to pay for my return shipping costs?
Yes, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please track your parcel to make sure we receive it.
7. When can I expect to receive my refund?
Once we have checked that the product has not been removed from its packaging, been worn or tampered with, we will refund your original payment method.
8. How long do I have to return my extensions?
For refunds: You have 7 days to contact us regarding your refund and 30 days from your delivery day until we receive the returned product.
For exchanges: You have 30 days to contact us regarding your exchange.
9. Can I return my extensions without contacting you first?
No, you have to contact us regarding returns, so that we may supply you with the correct return shipping address and track your refund.

11. International orders:
When returning an international order, all shipping and customs fees are for customers account.
