We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that the set has not been worn, opened or tampered with. The security seal (the gold ties) needs to be in tact for us to accept the return.
To see if your set is a good match to your own hair, simply hold the set next to your head. If the extensions match and blends well with the ends, it's perfect.
Need another shade? Our exchange process is quick and easy. Ship out your current set of extensions and provide us with the tracking details, and we’ll get you set up with a new order right away. We'll happily also use our courier company and arrange a collection from your address, if you pay the courier.
If you’re not sure which shade to go with, include a photo of your hair taken in natural lighting when you email in and we’ll be happy to color match you!
If you wish to return your unopened set of extensions, we will happily issue you with a refund, provided that we receive the extensions back within 7 days of receipt and the gold ties are still in tact.
If you elected to pay via our payment processor or with your credit card, we may deduct the commission fees from the refund amount. EFT payments don't attract commission. Courier fees may also be deducted.
