Why do different weights matter for different hair?

It’s important to select the correct thickness to blend with your hair to achieve the most natural look. Should you have thick hair and you selected a thinner set (120g or 160g), the extensions may not be thick enough to blend. See example below where the before image includes a 160g set and the after includes a 220g set:
